We want to make your returns as easy and seamless as your purchase experience. We want you to be happy with your ZWYNC purchase!

• We offer free 7-day no-questions-asked exchanges on Prepaid orders.
  Keeping the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if:
  • The product/s are returned after use
  • The products that do not have all the tags
• The products that do not have all the tags
• The exchange of a product is subject to stock availability. An order can be exchanged to a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.
• In case, you have received a damaged, defective, missing or wrong product on delivery. Please send us images at [email protected]
  • Please allow us 5 to 7 days to process exchanges.
• We do not provide any refunds
